  • Our flowers are cut from the field just days before your celebration. They haven’t traveled long distances or sat in boxes, which means they’re fresher, more vibrant, and longer lasting. Because they’re grown here on the farm, they’re handled with care and not treated with harsh chemicals, so you can breathe deeply.

Our flowers naturally reflect the time of year and the place they’re grown, creating a connection to the season you’re celebrating. The same blooms will return each year around your anniversary, a subtle reminder of your special day.

Choosing our flowers also supports a small, family-run farm and keeps your investment rooted in the local community.

  • Yes. We offer a DIY Wedding Floral Training Workshop for those looking for hands-on guidance and confidence before creating their own wedding or event flowers. Workshops are held at Ferris Farm in Buxton and offered three times per season. Learn more here.

  • We recommend ordering as soon as your plans feel set and at least two weeks before your event. Because availability each season is limited, earlier is always recommended, especially for peak summer weekends. Your date is reserved once your order is placed.

  • When you place an order, I am reserving flowers specifically for your date. Because of this seasonal planning and limited availability, orders are non-refundable.

  • Our flowers are guided by the season. What’s blooming and beautiful changes week to week, which means your flowers will naturally reflect the time of year. From specialty tulips and daffodils in the spring, to peonies, lilies, and zinnias in summer, and finally dahlias and chrysanthemums in the fall, we grow a wide variety of flowers here on the farm.

  • We don’t take requests for specific flower varieties. The flowers you receive will reflect what’s blooming beautifully on the farm at the time of your event, designed within your chosen color palette.

  • My style is relaxed and garden-inspired, with an emphasis on seasonal abundance and natural movement. It will look like your flowers were just gathered from the field (they were!)

  • Each bucket typically fills 7–10 standard 16 oz. mason jars, depending on your design style.

We recommend ordering at least one extra bucket - you’ll always find an extra spot that could use a few flowers (like the bar, entryway, or bathroom).

  • À la carte wedding flowers are best picked up one to two days before your celebration. All orders are picked up at Ferris Farm, located at 140 Upper Egypt Road in Buxton, Maine.

You’ll receive a pickup reminder about a week before your scheduled date with timing details. We recommend bringing a spacious vehicle, an SUV or van works best, to safely transport your flowers.

On warm days, air conditioning is helpful. If you have errands to run, we suggest bringing your flowers straight home first so they can rest in a cool, comfortable space.

  • Once home or at your venue, store your flowers in a cool space away from direct sunlight, heat, or wind. An air-conditioned room is ideal, and a cool basement works well too.

Please do not place flowers in a refrigerator or cooler. Refrigerators can have cold spots that freeze flowers, and not all varieties tolerate refrigeration.

Check water levels and top off buckets or vases as needed. Fresh flowers drink a lot of water, especially in the first 24 hours.
